Times are changing. As the Yellow Pages are increasingly tossed aside, it is almost mandatory to have a web presence. As an added bonus, a website gives you the ability to expand the amount of info you share and in a much more attractive way. Some clients want me to take complete charge of the whole website design process and others have very exact ideas that they want implemented. Most are somewhere in between. She'd even used Publisher to outline how she wanted her website to look.
